At 2XU, we stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. We want to ensure you have the right equipment to multiply your performance and provide a seamless process for all domestic returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the compression gear or apparel you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the products show no signs of athletic use or wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
